Assisted service is method of support where select Arena technicians can remotely connect to your computer using the internet. This allows the technician to perform troubleshooting, install updates or help you complete a task with your Arena product.

Assisted service can be obtained by first contacting support and working with an agent to identify your issue and if needed initiate a session.
